Returns & Cancellation Policy

At Vivian Coscia Store, all sculptures are handmade collectible art pieces created with great care and attention to detail. Due to the artisanal and often made-to-order nature of our products, we maintain a strict returns and cancellations policy.

Order Cancellations

Order cancellations are accepted only within 24 hours of purchase.

After the first 24 hours, production preparation, material allocation, packaging, or shipping arrangements may already have begun, therefore cancellations, refunds, or order modifications will no longer be possible.

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• change of mind,
• buyer’s remorse,
• incorrect expectations,
• delays caused by customs or postal services,
• minor handmade variations,
• or issues unrelated to shipping damage or loss.

Refunds or replacements will only be issued under the following circumstances:

1. Lost Packages

If the package is officially declared lost by the shipping carrier.

2. Items Damaged During Shipping

If the item arrives significantly damaged due to shipping handling.

In such cases, the buyer must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

• clear photographs of the damaged item,
• photographs of the packaging,
• and proof of delivery.

Claims submitted without photographic evidence may not be accepted.

Handmade Nature of the Products

Please note that all sculptures are handmade and hand-painted. Small variations, minor imperfections, brush marks, or slight differences from product photos are considered part of the artistic handmade process and are not considered defects.

Shipping Responsibility

We are not responsible for:

• customs delays,
• import taxes or duties,
• incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer,
• or delays caused by the postal carrier.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
