10. Customer-Supplied References
Customers requesting custom commissions based on characters, artwork, concepts, or reference materials supplied by them represent and warrant that they possess the necessary rights or permissions to request such work.

11. Shipping Risks
Risk of loss and ownership transfer to the customer upon delivery of the package to the shipping carrier.
While we take reasonable care in packaging all products, we cannot guarantee carrier performance once the shipment is in transit.
Claims relating to lost or damaged shipments will be handled in accordance with our Returns, Cancellations & Shipping Policy.
